MODIFICATION AND FEELS THE STATE WOULD ALSO OBJECT TO THE
CHANGE. WILL WITHDRAW THE REQUEST AT THIS TIME AND WILL BE
BACK LATER TO SUBDIVIDE SEVERAL OF THE MEMBERS WERE
AGREEABLE TO A PARTIAL ZONING BUT STAFF DISCOURAGED THE
REQUEST DUE TO THE DEFICIENCY iN MULTI FAMILY ZONING
