Sebastian Planning and Zoning Board

The minutes were read and corrections made. Then it was moved to accept as
corrected.
The First Bankers Corporation of Florida with Mr. Sanchez and the architect
presented preliminary plans for a Branch of the First Bankers of Indian River
County to be built on the property next to the Union 76 Station on US1. Bill
Messersmith and George Etienne moved that we give them preliminary site plan
approval. It was so moved,
Mr. Peters of Peter, s Builders asked for approval of his Model on S.W. Barber. This
is our first re the new Ordinance for Approval of Model Homes. It was moved to
approve by T~a GosneLl and Bottle Bock. It was suggested that l~r. Golien furnish
the board members with copies of the new ordinance at the next meeting.
General Development proposal was disapp~mved and is to go to the Variance Board.
Before it goes to the Variance Board, a letter from GDC should be written re
the storage tanks and contents.
Proof of ownership was received fr~n the Skillmans re their property. This will' be sent
to the City Council for approval from Ri to R2.
David ~arsh presented plans for the property on the corner of US1 and Cleveland St.
to be known as River Oakes(J.~. Trindle). Building C with 5 units will be built first.
~rl and shell will be used for parking. Bill Messersmith and George Etienne
moved for conceptual approval for the Master Plan and site plan approval for
Phase C.
It was moved by Bill Messersmith and Berrie Bock to adjourn at 8:30 P~.
