The meeting began at ?slO P.M. with Mr. Golien, the Chairman, presiding.
The minutes of the December 20th and the January 3rd meetings were read and
approved.
Questions arose again regarding the way the plans are usually presented to
the Board. Much dissuasion. It was decided that whelm ~ copies w~re presented
to th~ Board and ~coepted we would follo~ this procedure=
1. Xe~p 2 copies
1 to f~le ~n th~ f~lr s of the Building Inspecotor'e Office and
giv, n to~l~right then
On~ to send back to the owner with a letter from ~r. Golien
2. Give.beck to the owner 2 copi, s that night.
He would th~n submit 2 copies to Building Insp<ctor to prove
sit~ p~in approval. Building Inspccor keeps 1 copy with
constructi~'.n prints for cross ref~ rence to pXanning and soning
copy.
This procedure was approved with a motion by Bill Hessersmlth ana seconded
by Mary Bostian. Bill and Mary ~lso moved to adjourn at 8 P.M.
