THAT FINAL READING ON REZONE SHOULD BE APPROVED AS EVERYONE
HAS BEEN RECEPTIVE FROM PREVIOUS PUBLIC HEARING - JOHN GIVES
A BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION FOR THE MEMBERS WHO ARE NEW.
MOTION TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN PENDING APPROVAL OF ZONING
CHANGE BY MR. N~HONEY SECOND BY MRS POOLS PASSED UNANiNDUSLY.

RANDY GOES OVER ALL BILL MESSERSMITHS COMMENTS AT
THE REQUEST OF MR. NAHONEY MR. NESSERSMITH SAYS THEY HAVE
MET ALL HIS REQUIREMENTS.
AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION AND ALL QUESTIONS BEING ANSWERED MRS.
POOLS MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN FOR THE ViCKERS
SAND MINE CONTINGENT TO ALL NECESSARY PERMITS BEING RECEIVED
AND SIGNS BEING POSTED FOR NO TRESPASSING SECOND BY MRS.
TAYLOR PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE - DAWN LEGUE
THIS IS FOR A TYPING SERVICE IN HER HOME
THERE BEING NO ADVERSECOMlq]ENTS FROM THE PUBLIC AND ALL
PAPERWORK BEING IN ORDER THE FOLLOWING MOTION TO APPROVE THE
HOME OCCUPATION FOR DAWN LEGUE WAS KADE BY MR. GILCHER,
SECOND BY ME, NAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY
HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE - SHIRLEY BUCKINGHAM
THIS IS FOR A CLEANING SERVICE BASICALLY ONLY
A TELEPHONE REQUEST IN THE HOME.
SECRETARY READS ONE OBJECTION INTO THE RECORD ~rHICH WAS
RECEIVED BY MAIL THERE BEING NO OTHER OBJECTIONS AND ALL
PAPERWORK BEING IN ORDER THE FOLLOWING MOTION TO APPROVE WAS
MADE BY MR. MAHONEY SECOND BY MRS. POOLE PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
AIRPORT MAINTENANCE BUiLDiNG - JOHN VAN ANTWERP REPRESENTS
THE PROJECT AND GIVES A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WHAT THEY WANT
TO DO.
THE BOARD HAS FEW QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROJECT AND SEES NO
PROBLEMS WITH THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING BEING INSTALLED. NO
FORMAL ACTION IS REQUIRED.

PROJECT MRS. KILKELLY MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN
SECONDED BY ME. MAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
BROTHERS RESTAURANT - JOHN CARABELLA REPRESENTS PROJECT
ME. CARABELLA EXPLAINS HIS REQUEST AND WHAT HE WANTS TO DO
THE BOARD FEELS THAT THIS TYPE OF REQUEST SHOULD HAVE A
SEPARATE PARKING REQUIREMENT AND BRUCE COOPER iNDiCATES HE

FEELS THAT THIS REQUEST ~HOULD WAIT UNTIL ALL THE PARKING
REQUIREi(ENT PROPOSED CHANGES ARE DONE. THE COMMISSION FEELS
THE SAKE WAY AND ASKS BRUCE THE APPROXIMATE TiKE FRAME HE
SAYS THREE TO FOUR WEEKS BEFORE HE IS READY TO SUBMIT
PROPOSED CHANGES
AT THIS POINT THE POWER WENT OUT AND DID NOT COKE BACK ON
SO THE MEETING WAS NEVER FORNALLY FINISHED OR ADJOURNED
