The meeting began at 7:05 with ~Ar. Golien presiding. The minutes of
the January 17th meeting were read and approved.
~rs. Jaan Preuss'presented her husband,s floor plans for tentative
approval, it is for an establis~ent to be known as "The Lighthouse-
at 426 inidan River Drive near the new Oyster Bay. Mr. Falzone put it
in the form of a motion to tentatively approve plans and that we would
fully approve when completed site plans were presented. Mr. A~saersmith
seconded it and it passed.
Mr. Marsh gave us the "Comparative Land Usc in Acres". He talked about the
land use p~ln as opposed to existing zoning. Much discussion. We
agreed that we need more usable, land and that this is quite a challenge
to our resistors.
~¥. Falzone suggested we adjourn at 9:03 and Mr. Messersmith seconded it.
