City Engineer Masteller read his memo of January 30 and referred to t~h~ January 18th memo as well as the letter from Michael Orr, Traffic Engineer for the County. Discussion followed concerning road right- of-way along 9512. Mr. Masteller recommended a letter be obtained from Mr. Orr verifying need for additional right-of-way. Earl Masteller added that a line be placed on plan, and no permanent building be placed outside that line. There was no action taken. Occupational licence request for Sebastian Oyster House for John Luk~ was considered. Joe Stephenson made the motion that licence be granted, Harold Eisenbarth seconded the motion, carried. A model home plan for Ameron Builders, Lot 10, Block 218, Unit 8, was checked. Motion by Randy Mosby that the plan be approved as shown and sent to the City Council for approval, seconded by Marjorie Poole, carried.
