IRVING HORTON OF GLENCOVE STREET IN SEBASTIAN STATED HE HAD NO OBJECTIONS TO THE LICENSE AND REQUESTED HE BE SENT A COPY OF THE RULES GOVERNING SAID LICENSE PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED AT 7:12 P.M. A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR JOSE RAMIREZ DBA APPLE POLISHING SYSTEMS AT 801 PATTERSON AVENUE WAS MADE BY MR. FULLERTON SECOND BY MRS. A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR DONALD HOOVER DBA DON'S TREE AND LAWN MAINTENANCE AT 868 SCHUMANN ' DRIVE WAS MADE BY MR. FULLERTON SECOND BY MRS. KILKELLY PASSED 4-1 WITH MR. NO COM~NT PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED AT 7:20 P.M. A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR JAMES GULLEDGE DBA GULLS APPLIANCE SERVICE AT 1416 STONECROP ST WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND BY MR. GILCHER PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. SiTE PLAN - ROY WISSEL ROY WISSEL APPLICANT AND TODD SMITH OF PETERSON AND VOTAPKA WERE PRESENT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS MR, FULLERTON QUESTIONS WHY HIS COPY OF THE DEED IS NOT RECORDED AND BRUCE EXPLAINS THAT OWNERS ARE GIVEN UNRECORDED COPIES AT THE TIME OF CLOSING AND THEN MAILED A RECORDED COPY LATER BRUCE STATED THAT THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUIRES A RECORDED COPY PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT iIRS. KILKELLY WAS CONCERNED WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF THE BUILDING MORE SPECIFICALLY THE METAL ROOF APPLICANT ASSURES HER THAT SHE WILL LIKE THE BUILDING WHEN COMPLETED AND THAT IT WAS PATTERNED AFTER ONE ALREADY BUILT IN' MELBOURNE. MR. GILCHER REQUESTS THAT THE REAR FENCE BE 6 FT IN HEIGHT APPLICANT HAS NO OBJECTIONS SINCE THAT iS THE STANDARD SIZE ANYWAY. A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN AS PRESENTED FOR ROY WiSSEL CONSTRUCTION FOR A LIMITED COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON 512 AND DELAWARE AVENUE MORE SPECIFICALLY LOTS 46, 47, AND 48, BLOCK 492 SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 12 WAS MADE BY ME. GILCHER SECOND BY MRS. TAYLOR PASSED UNANIMOUSLY MEMEERS MATTERS; MR, GiLCHER ASKS RE; AIRPORT NOISE REQUEST FROM ATTORNEY BRUCE STATES THE OPINION IS NOT BACK YET. GILCHER MADE A MOTION THAT THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS OBTAIN A LEGAL OPINION FROM CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING THE APPLICABILITY OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE TO COLLIER PLACE PUD AS CONCERNS NOISE RADIATING FROM THE AIRPORT SECOND BY MRS. TAYLOR PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 1 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES FEBRUARY 2, 1989 PAGE THREE MRS. KILKELLY STATED THAT TABLE THREE PAGE 335 IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WAS MISSING CITY MANAGERS MATTERS; ROB STATES HE WILL HELP GET THE LEGAL OPINION FROM ATTORNEY REGARDING AIRPORT NOISE.
