Page 2 - Sec.
20A-4.18.3.
A.24 - Change second word from 'to' to "of", and change second word of
first sentence from 'to' to "of"
Page 3 - B.4. - Delete the words "attached or detached" from this sentence.
Page 4 - Sec. 20A-4.18.4.
A.2. - Add item n. - (wording) for inclusion of Landscape Plan
Page 5 - B.2.j. - Change the word appropriated to "appropriate".

C,6. - Insert "that exceeds 1,000 trips per day" after the word
'generation', (or similar wording). There was discussion of what
constituted a "trip" and it was determined that entedng and exiting
constituted one (1) 'trip'. This will be added to the definitions.

D.3.- Add City Engineer comments under 'Site Survey.'
3.a.(1) - In first sentence, after the first word, add "topographical".
After the words '...contours at...', change 'five (5)...' to "one (1)_."
foot intervals, and change 'twenty-five (25) feet' to "f'Ety (50) feet"
D.4. - Insert "at the applicant's expense" at the end of the second
sentence.
At this point, Mr. Hass read some comments made by City Engineer Martha Campbell
about inserting "topographic" in Site Survey, and several other comments. He will
incorporate these comments into this Article. There was discussion about the above
suggestion of changing live (5) ft' to "one (1) foot" intervals, and extending '25 feet' to
'~'dty (50) feet".
