POOLS, MRS. KILKELLY, MR. GILCHER ABSENT; KR. KRULIKOWSKI, MR. WADSWORTH, BOTH EXCUSED ALSO PRESENT; BRUCE COOPER, BUILDING OFFICIAL, TOM PALMER, CITY ATTORNEY, LINDA KINCHEN, SECRETARY SECRETARY ANNOUNCES THE ABSENCE OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN AND ASKS THE BOARD TO APPOINT SOKEONE FOR THE CHAIR FOR TONIGHTS MEETING. MOTION TO APPOINT MR. MAHONEY AS CHAIRMAN BY MRS. POOLS SECOND BY HR. GiLCHER PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. APPROVE THE MINUTES; JANUARY 21, 1988 MRS. KILKELLY INDICATES SHE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HER COMMENTS REGARDING THE LOCATION OF THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING FOR THE AIRPORT IN THE MINUTES. AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: AFTER THE BOARD SEES NO PROBLEM WITH THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING BEING INSTALLED EXCEPT THAT THE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING ON EAST SIDE OF THE AIRPORT IS IN CONFLICT WITH THE MAYOR'S PLAN AND LATER MAY HAVE TO BE REMOVED. MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS AMENDED WAS MADE BY MRS. TAYLOR, SECOND BY MR. GILCHER PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. OLD BUSINESS; NONE NEW BUSINESS; COLLIER PLACE EARL MASTELLAR OF MASTELLAR AND MOLAR AND TERRY DRUM OF MASTELLAR AND MOLAR ARE PRESENT AS WELL AS THE DEVELOPER ER. JOHN PRESTON (TED) FROM NEW JERSEY. EARL EXPLAINS THE PROJECT IN DETAIL AND WHAT THEY ARE PROPOSING. MR. GILCHER ASKS THE DEVELOPER TO EXPLAIN WHAT PATIO HOMES ARE. MR. PRESTON DRAWS A BRIEF PICTURE ON THE BLACKBOARD AND TRIES TO EXPLAIN FURTHER. HE INDICATES HE WILL SHOW PICTURES TO THE BOARD AT THE NEXT MEETING THEY COME TO. EARL TAKES QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARD REGARDING THE PROJECT. STATE~ THEY WILL COME BEFORE THE BOARD ON MORE OCCASIONS UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONCEPTUAL PLAN SUBMITTED. FULLERTON REQUESTS A FIVE MINUTE RECESS BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT ITEM OF BUSINESS - NO OBJECTIONS RECESS AT 8:45 BACK TO ORDER AT 8:50 TOM PALMER LEFT AT THE RECESS REVIEW NEW APPLICATION FORMS ALL APPLICATION FORMS ARE REVIEWED AND SOME MINOR CHANGES ARE PROPOSED BRUCE COOPER INDICATES HE WILL REDRAFT AND FORWARD ON FOR APPROVAL. PARKING REVISION CHANGES; PROPOSED CHANGES. THE BOARD STARTS TO REVIEW THE MR. GILCHER MOTIONS TO EXTEND THE MEETING FOR 15 MINUTES SECOND BY MRS. POOLE PASSED UNANIMOUSLY AFTER REVIEW A MOTION TO RECOi~[M~ND TO CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED PARKING ORDINANCE CHANGES MADE BY MI~S. POOLE SECOND MRS. KILKELLY. PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. CHAIRMANS MATTERS; MR. MAHONEY ASKS BRUCE ABOUT HIS LETTER RE; HAVENS CARPET STORE ON 512 BRUCE EXPLAINS THE SITUATION AND RECOMI~ENDS WE LOOK AT REVISING THE ALLOWED USES ON 512. M~MBERS MATTERS; MRS. KILKELLY ASKS ABOUT THE REVISED COPIES OF THE COIIPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN - SECRETARY ADVISES TWO ARE AVAILABLE IN HER OFFICE FOR REVIEW. MR. GILCHER MADE A MOTION THAT THE CITY COUNCIL BE ASKED TO MAKE A LINE ITEM TRANSFER FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING BUDGET IN ORDER TO PAY FOR COPIES OF LES SOLIN'S UPDATE FOR THE ENTIRE BOARD, SECOND BY MRS.
