The manures were read and apprOved as read.
First Bankers with Er. Sanchez, the President, and ~Lr. Jeff Falkanger~ the architect,
presented the completed site plan for the new bank. TemGosnellmovedwe accept and
George Etienne seconded so that the plans were approved.
The next item concerned Mr. Workm=u's house which is nonr~donformingas it is on
commercial property. It was the consensus of opinion that we cannot overturn an
existing ordinance. We will look into the matter further. It was tabled for February
19th.
Clarence Rich and Carol Simes appeared befroe the Board re the house Just past t~e
Southeast Bank going North on US 1. They want to make it into a real estate office.
was much heated discussion. It was decided that the p~Am should be re-done,
brought to Er. Golien, the parking should be revised, and finally shc~n to us for
approval and signatures on the 19th. This was recmm~ended by George Etienne and
seconded byBill Messersmith.

General Development Corporations 300 gal storage tank plan from previous meetings
was approved with state certification for 1 ea 1000 gal propane tank.

P.M.
