Review Article XXl - Performance Overlay Districts
Page 1 - Sec.20A-4-21.2.c. - Include the letter "s" after the word "building".
e. - Stdke everything after the word "quality".
f. - After the word "result" change 'is' to "in".
Sec. 20A-4-21.3.B.1. - Check the reference at the end of the sentence.
Check the sub-paragraph numbering.
Page 2 - Sec. 20A-4-21.3.B.2. -In the second line, insert the word "high" between "four-
foot" and "Opaque".
In the third line, insert the number "512" after "CR".
Sec. 20A-4-21'.5.A. - Strike the word "optional" in line one, and change
"strongly encouraged" to "mandatory,"
5.B.2. - Change "above grade" to "DBH" in first line.
At this point Tracy Hass explained that the Riverfront Overlay District and the CR-512
Corddor regulations have been combined. He also noted that the provision for P & Z to
grant a waiver is included in this edition of Article XXI.

"exterior" in the last line of item C.

There was discussion on the issue of mounting hardware on signs being left exposed. It
was not decided whether or not to change the current wording.
