Vice Chairman Mather called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

NEW BUSINESS:
Revisions to the Land Development Code:
Review of Article XXii - Glossary
Each page of Article XXII was evaluated, and punctuation, typos, spelling, word usage
and terminology were corrected. Suggestions were made to cladfy intended meanings.
There was discussion on definitions including: Home Occupation, Floor area, Lot depth,
Nuisance, Open Space, Street, Weir, Hotels and Motels, Medical Services, and
Industrial Activities. Ms. Vesia's comments were considered.
Tracy Hass noted that there will be LPA meetings on February 28th and 29t~at 3:00 p.m.
Articles IX and XII,
He noted that on Monda~ (28~), we will be reviewing , ~i~ a~l;I Articles X~.......~
