The minutes were not read or approved from the previous meeting.
After a discussion of the Land Use Plan it was moved that the zoning in the City
remain the ss~e as it is now with the exception of the North side of 512 frcm
Louisiana Avenue to Seba~-~tian Paradise property and that '~ould be zoned Cl.
No vote. Much discussion followed. So Bill ~iessers~dth and Tom Gosnell moved
we rescind the motion. It was done. It was decided then ttmt the Land Use Plan be ~... ~.
adopted as proposed by David Marsh with the exception of the strip on 512 whi'ch
should be made co~m~ercial between La. Ave. and Sebastian Paradise. Tom Gosnell. ,.
put all of this in the form of a motion and that the plan be accepted for PubLic
Hearing on ~%rch 16th at 7 P.M. City Hall. Mary Bostian seconded and it passed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30
