The meeting began 7~,15 P.M. with Mr. Golien presiding. The ~minutes of the
January 31st n~eeting were read and ai;proved. In the absence of the Secretary,
~r. Golien had taken the minutes of the February 14th meeting and they had already
been given to the City Clerk. The secretary ~ill get a copy of them from her to
add to her ~inu~e Book New Business
Plans for a car lot for Gary L. Velde located ~orth of Western Auto - a portion
of lot 14 and the whole of lot 15 of the Beach Edgewater Park Subdivision- were
discussed. ~ir. Falzone made the ~notion that we accept and Mr. Orth seconded it.
It was apporved.
~r. Art ~iayer discussed with us' an amendment to the present Sign Ordinances.
It was decided t?mt we would likt to amend the present Sign Ordinance to requ~.~ a
letter of auShorization frem the present m~ner of the property upon renewal o~ the
si$~ pern'dt e~ch year. It was moved ~y ~l.. Falzone to give such an amenchnent to
the City Council for consideration and seconded by ~r. ~'~essersmith. All agreed.
David ~rsh requested pe~m~ission to address the City' s Planning and Zoning
Conm~4ttee, s adndnistrative , review and enforcement procedures with regard to site
plan and. other require~.uents in the Comprehensive Plan.
l~r. Falzone moved to accept .this and Mr. Messermmith seconded it. It was
approved and we adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
