VC Mather announced that Chmn. Joe Schulke has an excused absence.
Review of the Land Development Code:
A. Review of Article IX - Concurrency Management
Each page of Article IX was reviewed, and punctuation, typos, spelling, word usage and
terminology ware corrected.
There was discussion on many issues including: final development order, performance
bonds, certificate of occupancy time element on page 3 and 4 (Tracy will check), Roads
- trips per day, and adding "level of service" to glossary.
B. Review of Article Xll - Surface Water Management and Flood
Protection
Each page of Article Xll was reviewed, and punctuation, typos, spelling, word usage and
terminology were corrected.
