ANNOUNCEMENTS:
VC Mather announced that Chmn. Schulke and Mr. O'Donnell have been excused.
NE~W. BUSINESS:
Revisions to the Land Development Code:
A. Review of Article X - Appearance, Design & Compatibility
Each page of Article X was reviewed and evaluated, and punctuation, typos, spelling,
word usage and terminology were corrected. Suggestions were made to clarify intended
meanings.
There were discussions including the following items: permit exemption for City work
forces, driveway surfaces, and gross floor area.
B. Review of Article XlX - Subdivision
Each page of Article XlX was reviewed and evaluated, and punctuation, typos, spelling,
word usage and terminology were corrected. Suggestions were made to clarify intended
meanings.
There were disCUssions on issues including the following items: Lot split, division,
subdivision, tract, several engineering issues, and correction of several reference
numbers.
