KRULIKOWSKI, MRS POOLB, MRS KILKELLY, )fR, WADSWORTH, MR GILCHER ABSENT; BOB FULLERTON ALSO PRESENT BRUCE COOPER, BUILDING OFFICIAL LINDA KINCHEN, SECRETARY ANNOUNCEMENTS; CHAIRMAN ANNOUNCES COLLIER PLACE WILL NOT BE ON THE AGENDA TONIGHT AT THE REQUEST OF THE DEVELOPER. MR. GILCHER MADE A MOTION TO PUT IT BACK ON THE AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION SECOND MR. MAHONEY WADSWORTH, POOLS, KILKELLY VOTED NAY MOTION FAILS MR. WADSWORTH STATES HIS REASONS FOR VOTING NO. CHAIRMAN ALLOWS HENRY DOLAN TO SPEAK ON PROJECT EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM AGENDA. TOM)fIE THOMPSON REQUESTS MAIN STREET STRAIGHTENING BE ADDED TO THE AGENDA MOTION TO PUT DISCUSSION ON THE AGENDA BY MAHONEY SECOND GILCHER PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. APPROVE MINUTES; FEBRUARY 18, 1988 MR. GILCHER CORRECTS PAGE TWO UNDER HONE OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR GEORGE DALY VOTE SHOULD SAY GILCHER AND MAHONEY VOTED NAY MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS CORRECTED BY MR. GILCHER SECOND MRS POOLS PASSED UNANIMOUSLY TOlq~IE THOMPSON SPEAKS ON THE PUD AND WHAT HE WOULD LIKE THE COMMISSION TO DO AFTER DISCUSSION A MOTION TO REMIND THE CITY COUNCIL THAT A PUBLIC HEARING IS DUE ON THE PUD BECAUSE OF EXPIRATION WAS MADE BY MRS. VAN HOOZIER EXPLAINS OCCUPATION MR. WADSWORTH MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOKE OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR TOIOfY VAN HOOZIER AT 802 OSWEGO AVE SECOND BY MRS. POOLS - PASSED UNANIMOUSLY HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE - D. REYNOLDS/M. HAYES AFTER SOME BASIC QUESTIONS AND SOME COM~fENTS BY MR. GILCHER PERTAINING TO NOISE MR. MAHONEY MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR D. REYNOLDS AND M, HAYES AT .163 CAPRONA STREET SECOND BY MRS. TAYLOR. MR. GILCHER VOTED NO - ALL OTHERS VOTED YES. MAIN STREET STRAIGHTENING MR. THOMPSON WANTED THE BOARD TO ADVISE CITY COUNCIL THEY STAYING ON TOP OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE CITY AND AFTER SOME MINOR DISCUSSION, IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT THE SECRETARY CHECK WITH ATTORNEY PALMER ON THIS MATTER AND REPORT BACK AT THE NEXT MRETING. · CHAIRMANS MATTERS; CHAIRMAN ASKS COUNCILMAN )[ETCALF THE REASONS FOR TURNING THE INCREASE IN SQ FT DOWN ON NEW CONSTRUCTION - BRUCE EXPLAINS HE iNTENDS TO PUT SOME iNEW FIGURES TOGETHER AND BRING IT BACK TO P & Z AT A LATER DATE. MEifBERS MATTERS; MR. WADSWORTH BRINGS UP THE TRANSPORTATION COMHITTEE AND THE MEETINGS WITH MR. ROTH WHICH NEVER HAPPENED HE FEELS THE CON)fISSION SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND PERHAPS UPDATE THE NEMEERS SINCE MR. EISENBARTH WAS TO BE THERE AND HE IS NO LONGER A MRi(BER. MR. METCALF STATES HE iS THE ALTERNATE TO THE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE AND WILL TRY TO GET INFORMATION TO THE BOARD. MR. MAHONEY ASKS BRUCE REGARDING THE WORK THAT WAS BEING DONE BY FISCHER AND SONS AT PARADISE MARINA BRUCE STATES THEY WERE TAKING MARL OUT NOT PUTTING IT IN. -PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES HARCH 3, 1988 PAGE THREE HRS.
