ANNOUNCEMENTS; A MOTION TO PUT OLD BUSINESS AFTER NEW
BUSINESS WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND MR. GOLDSTEIN
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: FEBRUARY 4TH, 1993 CHANGE LAST
PARAGRAPH 5TH FROM THE BOTTOM ON THE FIRST PAGE AMERICAN

MOTION TO APPROVE AS AMENDED BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND MR.

A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MODEL HOME PERMIT AT 1648 BARBER
STREET FOR CEMCO HOMES WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKKLLY SECOND MRS.
DAMP PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
MODEL HOME PERMIT - VERSA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - NO ONE IS
PRESENT A MOTION TO POSTPONE TO THE NEXT MEETING FOR
APPLICANT TO BE PRESENT WAS MADE BY MR. GOLDSTEIN SECOND MRS.
DAMP PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
0-93-01 - BRUCE SPEAKS ON A PROBLKM THAT WAS FOUND REGARDING
THE 400 SQ FT LIMIT FOR SCREEN ENCLOSURES
WAYNE TOZOLLO STATES THE AVERAGE SIZE OF A POOL ENCLOSURE IS
15 X 30 THEY INSTALL 12 X 24 WHICH IS 742 SQ FT THEREFORE IT
COULD NOT BE ENCLOSED UNDER THIS ORDINANCE - STAFF RECOMMENDS
THAT THE 400 SQ FT REQUIREMENT BE CHANGED
A MOTION TO ADD THIS ITEM TO THE AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION WAS
MADE BY MR, SHROYER SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
A MOTION TO APPROVE A CHANGE TO SEC 49 OF 0-93-01 SEC 20A5.5D
BY ADDING ANOTHER SENTENCE AT THE END WHICH STATES EXCEPT ANY
ATTACHED OR DETACHED STRUCTURE THAT CONSISTS ONLY OF
SCREENING OR ALUMINUM SCREEN STRUCTURE WITH A SCREEN ROOF.
MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

PARKING TO THE R/R TRACK DISCUSSION MR. THOMPSON STATES HE
FEELS IT SHOULD BE ADDED TOTHE NEW ORDINANCE REGARDING
POROUS PARKING TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS - A MOTION TO ADD TO
THE AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION WAS MADE BY MR. THOMPSON SECOND MR.
GOLDSTEIN PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
AFTER SOME DISCUSSION MR. SHROYER MADE A MOTIONTO DELAY
UNTIL THE NEXT MEETING - MOTION FAILED FOR LACK OF SECOND
MR. GOLDSTEIN MADE A MOTION TO HOLD THE CHANGE IN ABEYANCE
THE PREVIOUS AMENDMENT DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF HEAVY
PARKING PASSED 5-1 WITH MR. THOMPSON VOTING NO.
RECESS CALLED AT 8:15 P.M. BACK AT 8:25 P.M.
OLD BUSINESS: SIGN ORDINANCE FINAL DRAFT
BRUCE GOES PAGE BY PAGE PG 20 CHECK OUT V SHAPED SIGNS
PAGE 22 CHANGE TO 200 FT LAMBERTS
PAGE 24 #4 SHOULD BE SiXTY-FOUR
RELIGIOUS SIGNS AND SYMBOLS CAN BE REGULATED PER THE CITY
ATTORNEYIT IS DETERMINED THAT RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS WILL BE
APPROVED BY PLANNING AND ZONING AS REQUESTED.
A MOTION THAT THE THIRD DRAFT AS AMENDED BE APPROVED BY MR.
SHROYER SECOND MRS. DAMP PASSED 5-1 WITH MR. GOLDSTEIN VOTING
NO BASED ON THE SIZE OF FREE STANDING SIGNS.
BRUCE STATES THE NEXT MEETING THEY WILL DISCUSS THE REZONING
OF THE RIVERFRONT DISTRICT AMD ITS POSSIBLE USES.
BRUCE EXCUSES HIMSELF AT 9:20 P.M.
