MR. MAHONEY CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 7:00 P.M.
PRESENT; MRS. TAYLOR, MR. FULLERTON, MR. MAHONEY, MR.
SHROYER, MRS. KILKELLY,
ABSENT; MR. THOMPSON, EXCUSED,
MR. WADSWORTH, MR. LINDSEY
MR. KRULIKOWSKI, EXCUSED,
ALSO PRESENT: MR. COOPER, MR. JONES, LINDA KINCHEN
ANNOUNCEMENTS; NONE
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MARCH 1, 1990 -A MOTION TO ACCEPT THE
MINUTES AS PRESENTED WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY, SECOND MR.
FULLERTON PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
NEW BUSINESS; MODEL HOME PERMIT BELMONT HOMES - 208 JOY HAVEN
DANNY HERMAN PRESIDENT IS PRESENT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.
THERE BEING NO MAJOR PROBLEMS AND STAFF HAS APPROVED THE
FOLLOWING MOTION WAS MADE.
A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MODEL HOME PERMIT FOR BELMONT HOMES
AT 28 JOY HAVEN DRIVE WAS MADE BY MR. FULLERTON SECOND MRS.
TAYLOR.
SECRETARY STATES THIS IS A CONDITIONAL USE AND PUBLIC HEARING
IS REQUIRED.

PETER JONES STATES THAT MISS HENF CALLED AND ASKED HIM TO
REQUEST THAT HER APPLICATION BE POSTPONED UNTIL THE NEXT
MEETING SINCE SHE HAD TO BE OUT OF TOWN.
A MOTION TO POSTPONE THE APPLICATION FOR CINDI HENF TO THE
NEXT MEE'TING WAS MADE BY MR. FULLERTON SECOND MRS. KILKELLY
TO BE HANDLED UNDER OLD BUSINESS;
UNDER DISCUSSION MR. MAHONEY ASKS IF THIS IS AN ADDRESS OF
CONVENIENCE LICENSE - SINCE OUR CODE ONLY ALLOWS HOME
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES IN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIALS.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

MR. FULLERTON ASKS REGARDING EQUIPMENT AND VAN SHE STATES IS
ONLY HER HUSBAND AND HERSELF IS LOOKING FOR A PHONE ONLY.
MRS. KILKELLY ASKS IF THE VAN CAN BE PUT IN THE GARAGE AND
SHE STATES NO THE GARAGE IS FULL WITH THINGS THEY HAVE NOT
UNPACKED FROM THEIR MOVE.
MR. SHROYER QUOTES PAGE 404 NUMBER 8 AND STATES ALL MATERIALS
SHOULD BE STORED ELSEWHERE. MRS. JENNINGS TRIES TO EXPLAIN
THAT THE CARPET CLEANING UNIT IS SELF CONTAINED IN THE VAN
AND MATERIALS ARE ALSO STORED IN THE VAN.

PAINTING AND PAPER HANGING.
MRS, KILKELLY STATES THIS TRUCK HAS ADVERTISING AND LADDERS
ON IT THE SAME AS JENNINGS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE TRYING
TO GET AWAY FROM.

MR. FULLERTON STATES THE DISCUSSION SHOULD BE POSTPONED UNTIL
ALL MEMBERS ARE PRESENT AND MRS KILKELLY FEELS THE COMMISSION
SHOULD PROCEED THAT THE MEMBERS KNEW THE DISCUSSION WAS ON
THE AGENDA IF THEY WANTED TO PARTICIPATE 'THEY SHOULD BE
THERE.
MR, MAHONEY REOUESTS THE COMMISSION PROCEEDS AND NO FURTHER
DISCIJSSION BETWEEN MEMBERS SHOULD BE MADE,
MR. MAHONEY ASKS IF THE COMMISSION FEELS THEY SHOULD PROCEED
OR WAlT UNTIL ALL MEMBERS ARE PRESENT.
SECRETARY ADVISES IF THERE IS NO DISCUSSION TONIGHT - A
MOTION IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE ITEM FROM THE AGENDA.

MRS. KILKELLY STATES SHE WOULD LIKE TO USE MR. SHROYER'S
EXAMPLE AND GO POINT BY POINT.

MRS, KtLKELLY SUGGESTS ADDING LANDSCAPING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
CURRENT CODES.

6, ALL ACCESSORY BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED ON SITE SHALL BE
LANDSCAPED AT LEAST IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 20A-15 FOR
RESIDENTIAL USES.
MR, SHROYER DOES NOT FEEL THE NEED FOR LANDSCAPING.
7. ALL ACCESSORY BUILDINGS SHALL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ADJACENT
LAND USES IN TERMS OF AESTHETICS, SCALE AND LOT COVERAGE.
A MOTION TO APPROVE 'THE REVISED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND RECOMMEND TO ]'HE CITY COUNCIL REVISIONS FOR
SECTION 20A-5-7C WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND BY MR.
SHROYER FOR DISCUSSION ROLL CALL VOTE MR. SHROYER .... YES
MRS, KILKELL. Y - YES MR, FULLERTON - NO MR, MAHONEY- YES BUT
ONLY IN THE INTEREST OF MOVING IT ON, MR, FULLERTON'S REASON
FOR VOTING NO WAS THAT HE BELIEVED THE WHOLE. BOARD SHOULD
HAVE A SAY IN THIS MATTER,
A MOTION TO ADJOURN WAS MADE BY MR, FULLERTON, SECOND MR,
SHROYER NO VOTE WAS TAKEN BECAUSE MR. FULLERTON LEFT PRIOR TO
