COOPER STATED THEY HAD INDICATED PARKING STALLS AT':THE:CORNER OF BARBER STREET AND HE REQUESTED THEY BE ELIMINATED. MERIDIAN BUILDING HANDED OUT REVISED PARKING DRAWINGS. MR. GOLDSTEIN FELT THAT THE WHEREAS'S PROVIDE A RATIONAL BASIS: FOR LIMITING THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES, BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE A MEASURE OF DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES ALLOWED.
