It is to be brought down to building lots and then cove~ed with mu~ch in order to be sold ~s building lots. Bill Messersmith suggested that he give us cross section of project showing existing and pre.~red grades. At was tabled. S.E. B~nk sit, plan for revised parking. Much discussion. Bill M. moved we approve -~'!~',~? with stipulation that ru~ff w, ter be re-directed from existing property line to cross grass S.E. corner. Tom Gosnell seconded and we approved. Site~plan approval for Mrs. Gray at 1044 La. Ave. was presented with changes in parking diagram for ~ parking spaces with gravel dr~way. Bill M. moved we accept site p~An with understanding that the area of the building remains C 1. Tom G. seconded and we approved. Mr. Bert Snell asked permission to erect a 26 x 72 ft. frame and steel warehouse on Lots 3 and 4 of Block 4 on }lain St. back of his presnet business. We approved with changes that were made on the the plan. Bill M. and Tom G moved and we approved. Mr. Roux returned site plan which was submitted June 19th re Lot 11 Block 187 Unit 8 for 2 offices and i retail store on 512. Tom Gosneil moved we accept, ~ill Messersmith seconded and it Sas approved. Pat La~bert representing Charles Petrie, Grant, Fla. presented plans fora small boat building business on the site of the Old Wishing Well Nurser~ Lots 18,19,20 Block 4 Sebastian Grove Estates - industrial zoning. Bill M. moved we approve, Tom G. seconded. It passed. R~¥Wo~'kman presented plan for Lot 9 Braddock's subdisivision. Bill M. moved we table, Tom G. seconded and it was so moved. Tom 'White of Security Federal presented preliminary plans to build on corner of US1 and Cleveland. We gave tentative approval subject to grading plan showing drainage and elevations. He is to appear again with plans at April 2nd meeting. page 2 Minutes 3/19/81 Bill Thompson's Laundromat on corner of La. Ave. and 512. Lotsll-12-13 Block 9 Hardee SubdiviSion was given tentative approval subject to deletion of access on 512 and engineering drawings.
