FULLERTON, DAMP, SHROYER ALL EXCUSED ALSO PRESENT; LINDA KINCHEN, SECRETARY, BRUCE COOPER, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS; RECOMMENDATION TO MOVE OLD BUSINESS UNDER NEW BUSINESS BY THOMPSON NO OBJECTIONS - SO MOVED. KILKELLY ASKS HOW THEY CAN DO BUSINESS FROM PORT ST LUCIK SINCE THE MODEL CANNOT BE USED AS AN OFFICE MR. KOEHNEN STATES THEY HAVE A LOCAL OFFICE IN SEBASTIAN PUBLIC HEARING OPENED 7:10 P.M.
