The Zoning and Planning Board will hold a meeting in City Hall
on Thursday, April 2, 1981 at 7:00 P.M.

Minutes were read and moved to approve by BiLl Eessersmith and Fmry Bostian respectively.

Rene VandeVoorde appeared with with~plan of survey for Gary R. and Vivie~me Hewlett. After
discussion the site plan was apprpved wSth BiLl Messersmith and Bottle Bock presenting the
motion.
Tern White of Security Federal brought ~is plans and they were examined. Bill 2~. moved
we approve if the drive-in-entrance on the south ' .
It was seconded by Tc~ G. and passed for final ap~rmodve~s lowered as much as possmble.
Strunk appeared before the Board re the funeral home tQ/where the Church of God
before facing Central Ave. After reviewing his plan, tentative approval was given
subject to the submitting of a drainage plan. Bill ~. m~ved and Tom G. seconded.
Joel R. Magazine asked for annexation into the City Limdts the east 3'75 ft. of the north 950
of the N.E. quarter of the N.W. quarter, of Section 7,' Township 31 S, Range 39 E lying
south of Fellesmere Hd. Bill ~. moved that we send to City Council for Public Hearing and
that we recon~nend that it be approved. Tom G. seconded and it passe~.
Motion for adjournment was at 8:25 P.~i.
