THOMPSON REQUESTED THAT TWO ITEMS BE PUT ON THE AGENDA UNDER ANNOUNCEMENTS. 9) COMPUTATION OF PARKING SPACES l0) DISCUSSION RE- PF��SCHOOL MR. THOMPSON MADE A MOTION TO ADD THE ITEMS TO THE AGENDA SECONDED BY MR. MAHONEY AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY APPROVAL OF MINUTES MARCH 9TH, 19-847 DISCU8SION TURNS TO PAGE TWO WHERE THE MINUTES STATE THE TAPE WAS INAUQIBLE MR. THOMPSON CLARIFIES WHAT WAS SAID AND INDICATES IT SHOULD READ APPLICANT SHOULD BEAR THE COST OF GIVING REQUIRED NOTICES TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS. THIS SENTENCE GOES IN THE THIRD PARAGRAPH FROM BOTTOM PAGE 272 AND THE LAST PARAGRAPH STARTING PA8E768. BOTH PARAGRAPHS INDICATE THE TAPE WAS INAUDIBLE. MR. THOMPSON MADE A MOTION TO WRITE TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL THAT THE COMMISSION FEELS 8TRONGLY THAT THE OLD DIXIE CROSSING OF THE FEC NOT BE TRADED OR REMOVED THAT THE COMMISSION FEELS IT IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF ANY OVERALL FIVE OR TEN YEAR PLANNING, SECONDED BY MR. APRIL 6' 1987 PACE THREE ITEM NO. 6| CONFLICT IN SECTIONS AS PER TOM'S LETTER ATTORNEY PALMER STATES HE FINDS NO CONFLICT IN THE WAY THESE SECTIONS ARE WRITTEN HE ASKS WHY THIS WAS BROUGHT UP. THE COMMISSION GIVES THEIR FEELINGS ON THE TRI -FLEX WHICH WAS, JUST APPROVED FOR INDIAN RIVER DRIVE AND STATES THEY FEEL THEY DO NOT WANT ANY MORE OF THEM DOWN THERE. ' TOM SAYS THE SITE PLAN WAS ALLOWED IF ALL THE OTHER SET BACK REQUIREMENTS WERE MET ALONG WITH THE OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS. HE INDICATES IF THEY WANT TO DISCONTINUE THIS TYPE OF PROJECT THENTHE FOLLOWING SENTENCE CAN BE ADDED TO PARAGRAPH Q-2.
