THOMPSON, MR. SHROYER,ALTERNATE, MRS. O'CONNOR, MR. WADSWORTH, MR. FULLERTON, MR. KRULIKOWSKI ABSENT; MR. LINDSEY, ALTERNATE ALSO PRESENT; BRUCE COOPER, LINDA KINCHEN ANNOUNCEMENTS; NONE APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APRIL 5, 1990 A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS PRESENTED WAS MADE BY MR. THOMPSON, SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APRIL 19, 1990 A MOTION TO APPROVE AS PRESENTED WAS MADE BY MR. THOMPSON SECOND BY MR. WADSWORTH PASSED UNANIMOUSLY NEW BUSINESS; MODEL HOME - SUNSHINE QUALITY CONSTRUCTION PUBLIC HEARING OPENED 7:15 P.M. CLOSED 7:15 P.M. NO COMMENT A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MODEL HOME PERMIT FOR SUNSHINE QUALITY CONSTRUCTION INC AT 1082 BARBER STREET WAS MADE BY MR. WADSWORTH SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY ZONING CHANGE - RENE VANDEVOORDE IS PRESENT TO REPRESENT TOTAL INVESTMENTS OF SEBASTIAN. THOMAS GRIFFITH AND MR. CHAFIN OWNERS ARE ALSO PRESENT. PUBLIC HEARING WAS SCHEDULED FOR MAY 17TH MEETING HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE DISCUSSION - THIS WAS MY SHROYER'S REQUEST THEREFORE HE BEGINS THE DISCUSSION. MR. FULLERTON STATES THE COUNTY ORDINANCE IS BASICALLY THE SAME AS MR. SHROYER'S PROPOSED ORDINANCE, MRS. KILKELLY FEELS THAT ITEM t2 SHOULD BE LEFT IN AND EARL ARGUES THE POINT AND WHY HE REMOVED IT. MR. KRULIKOWSKI STILL FEELS THAT WE SHOULD PHASE OUT ALL HOME OCCUPATIONAL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES MAY 3, 1990 PAGE TWO LICENSES RATHER THAN STREAMLINING AND REVISING MRS, TAYLOR AGREES WITH MR, KRULIKOWSKI, IT WAS REQUESTED THAT THE SECRETARY CHECK TO SEE HOW MANY ARE CURRENTLY ON THE BOOKS AS HOME OCCUPATIONS, AND REPORT BACK, RECESS 9:10 P.M, BACK AT 9:20 P.M, - ALL PRESENT HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE - CONTINUED A MOTION TO PUT THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON THE NEXT AGENDA WAS MADE BY MR. THOMPSON AND SECOND MAHONEY UNDER DISCUSSION IT WAS STATED THAT ANY MEMBERS WHO HAVE CHANGES SHOULD SUBMIT THEM IN WRITING. MOTION PASSED 6-1 MRS. KILKELLY VOTED NO BECAUSE SHE WAS READY TO ACT TONIGHT. SUBDIVISION ACCESS : ALSO MR, SHROYER'S REQUEST MR. SHROYER FEELS STRONGLY THERE SHOULD BE TWO WAYS IN AND OUT OF ALL NEW SUBDIVISIONS. A MOTION BY MR. WADSWORTH TO PUT THIS ITEM ON THE NEXT AGENDA FOR REVIEW AND ACTION WAS MADE SECOND MR. THOMPSON PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. CHAIRMANS MATTERS - NONE MEMBERS MATTERS; MRS. KILKELLY REQUESTS THAT THE COMMISSION CONSIDER PUBLIC INPUT AT EVERY MEETING. NO ACTION TAKEN. A MOTION TO EXTEND THE TIME FOR TEN MINUTES WAS MADE BY MR, THOMPSON SECOND MR. MAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. BUILDING OFFICIAL MATTERS; BRUCE GIVES AN UPDATE ON THE ACCESSORY BLDG CHANGES TO COUNCIL, HE STATES THAT THE STAFF RECOMMENDATION HAD THREE CHANGES AND THE SECRETARY AGREED TO SUPPLY THE BOARD WITH A COPY. · MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT 10:10 P.M.
