REGARDING THE TREE PROTECTION ORDI. NANCE.
THERE WAS DISCUSSION ON WHEN THE MEETING SHALL BE AND THE 'CONCENSUS
WAS MAY 12, 1994. MR. BARNES STATED HE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE THAT
DAY.

STATED MR. SCHULKE SHOULD HAVE THE 1RST ALTERNATE pOsITrON'AND HE
WOULD APPLY FOR 2ND ALTERNATE WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE.

SITE PLAN H.E FELT THAT ANY COMPLAINT'S MADE SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO P'-& Z
BEING THEY APPROVED THE SITE PLAN AS SUC~. MR. SHROYER STATED THAT
IF ANYTHING WAS DONE WRONG IT IS ON PLANNING AND ZONING AS WELL AS
STAFF.
CHAIRMAN THOMPSON WAS OF THE OPINION THAT CURB CUTS CouLD BE ON CITY
STREETS.
