The medting was called to order at '7PM by the Chairmal
Minutes of thm last meeting were read and approved.
Under old business, .Mr. Galien briefed the board on his
visit with Mrs. Radke, of Radke Realty. He reported that
the parking would be adaquate. Hrs.. Radke was informed
to submit a site plan to the Board for Approval.
Under new Business, Mr. John Calmes, a representative for
Paradise Condominiums, presented blue prints to the
committee and requested site plan approval. This is the
same project presented to the board almos$ a year ago.
Preliminary approval was recommended by Mr. Messersmith
and seconded by Mary Bostian with the stipulation that
complete p].ans are to be presented to the committee within
ninty (90) days. By vote approval, preliminary approval
was given.
Mr. George Etinne, one of four who requested to become a
member of the Board was introduced.
A ~ vote for new members was taken by the committee.
The following recommendations were made:

A motion was made by Mr. Falzone that the count be
acce pte~ as cerrect. Seconded by Mr. Orth. A vote of
approval was given.
A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 9PM.
