APPROVE MINUTES; MAY 19TH 1988 MR. MAHONEY STATED THAT ON
PAGE TWO IT SHOULD READ HOSE BIBS NOT HOSE BEDS AND MR.
GILCHER INDICATED ON PAGE ONE AUTHORIZE SHOULD BE CHANGED TO
VERIFY
MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES AS CORRECTED BY MR. WADSWORTH

AFTER BRUCE EXPLAINS WHY THIS IS ON THE AGENDA CHAIRMAN
OPENS THE PUBLIC HEARING - NO PUBLIC INPUT - MR. WADSWORTH
MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
SEBASTIAN CAR WASH SECOND BY MRS. POOLE. ROLL CALL VOTE
MR. MAHONEY VOTED NO BECAUSE HE FELT THIS SHOULD BE A SPECIAL
USE PERMIT NOT A CONDITIONAL USE AND MR. FULLERTON VOTED NO
AS WELL ALL OTHERS VOTED YES - 5 YES AND 2 NO MOTION CARRIED

NO PUBLIC INPUT DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING - AFTER COMMISSION
ASKS QUESTIONS REGARDING CHEMICALS ON PREMISES - THE
FOLLOWING MOTION WAS MADE - MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR A PHOTOGRAPHY SHOP FOR CARL FISCHER AT 10725
US HIGHWAY #1 SUITE C CONTINGENT TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
BEING NOTIFIED IF CHEMICALS ARE USED IN THE FUTURE AND THAT
IF AND WHEN CHEMICALS ARE USED THAT OWNER IS TO MEET ALL
FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS BY MR. WADSWORTH
SECOND BY MRS. TAYLOR APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY
COND USE PERMIT-BOWEN FOR BARBER SHOP
NO PUBLIC INPUT DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING - MOTION TO APPROVE
THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PATRICIA BOWEN FOR A BARBER

SINCE NO IS PRESENT TO REPRESENT CEMCO MR. WADSWORTH MADE A
MOTION TO POSTPONE ACTION UNTIL THE NEXT MEETING SECOND BY
MR. FULLERTON PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
CHAIRMANS MATTERS; NONE
MEMBERS MATTERS; MR. GILCHER ASKS BRUCE THE STATUS OF THE
ALLEY BETWEEN THE DENTAL OFFICE AND BEAUTY SHOP ON 512
BRUCE STATES THAT HE TOLD THE GUTTERIEZ'S THAT TIME WAS
RUNNING OUT AND IF THEY DIDN'T COME UP WITH SOMETHING SOON HE
WOULD HAVE TO ENFORCE THE SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS. HE ALSO
STATED THAT HE WAS WAITING FOR MR. POWELL TO COME IN TO SEE
HIM TO DISCUSS THE MATTER. BRUCE STATED HE WOULD HAVE MORE AT
THE NEXT MEETING.
MR. GILCHER ASKED THE STATUS OF COLLIER PLACE BRUCE INDICATED
AS FAR AS HE KNEW THE DEVELOPER WAS PLANNING ON GOING AHEAD
WITH HIS PLANS.
MR. MAHONEY ASKS WHETHER THE NEW ATTORNEY WILL ALSO BE THE
ATTORNEY FOR PLANNING AND ZONING BRUCE ANSWERS YES.
MR. WADSWORTH MADE A STATEMENT RE— HIS APPOINTMENT TO THE
TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
MR. FULLERTON ASKS BRUCE ABOUT THE BUDGET COMPLETION,
MEETINGS WITH SOLIN AND ASSOCIATES AND WHETHER THEY NEEDED TO
APPOINT AN ALTERNATE TO THE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, ALSO
QUESTIONS THE REPAIR SHOP ON US ONE ACROSS FROM CANNONS
BRUCE STATES HE WILL PRESENT THE BUDGET AT THE NEXT MEETING
MEETINGS WITH SOLIN WILL TAKE PLACE AS SET OUT IN HIS LETTER
AND NO ALTERNATE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE IS NEEDED
BRUCE INDICATED HE WAS WORKING ON THE REPAIR SHOP THRU
ENFORCEMENT AND WOULD ADVISE MORE NEXT MEETING.
BLDG OFFICIAL MATTERS; COMMENTS REGARDING THE ARCHITECTS SEAL
ON SITE PLANS AND THAT THEY ARE ONLY REQUIRED ON BLDG PLANS
NOT SITE PLANS
MR. WADSWORTH STATES HE HAS ONE MORE MEMBERS MATTERS AND
REQUESTS THAT THE SECRETARY NOTIFY THE COUNTY TO PUT HIM ON
THE MAILING LIST FOR THE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
