8RIMSTEAD EXPLAINS THE CHANGES WERE MADE PER 8T. JOHNS AND
ALSO PER THE C%TY'8 COMMENTS.
MR. THOMPSON POINTE3 OUT THE REVISION BLOCK IS NOT COMPLETE
MR. FULLERTON ASKS HECTOR IF' HE KNOWS THE SET BACK FROM THE
RAILROAD TRACK - HECTOR SAYS HE KNOWS OF NONE AND THE COUNTY
COULD NOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION EITHER. MR. FULLERTON GOES
OVER HECTOR'S LETTER DATED 5-29-87 TO SEE WHAT IS STILL
PENDIN8.
STILL PENDING ITEMS 1,2, 8 -SOME PARKING, A DRAINAGE INLET AND
LIGHT, ITEM 6 PERMITS REQUIRED FROM ST. JOHNS' FQOT AND
COUNTY AND THEY NEED TO COMPLY WITH ITEM NO 7.
MR. FULLERTON SUGGESTS THAT A NO LEFT TURN SI6N BE POSTED ON
512 FOR TRAFFIC HEADING WEST - HECTOR STATES THAT WOULD BE UP
TO THE COUNTY.

IT WAS STATED THAT THE NFPA DOES NOT ISSUE LICENSES FOR
TANKS' THEY ARE JUST INSPECTED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT TO
BE SURE THEY ARE INSTALLED BY THE NFPA REGULATIONS -9.
MR. THOMPSON MADE A MOTION TO PO8TPONE THE SITE PLAN FINAL
APPROVAL UNTIL ITEM8 THREE, SIX AND SEVEN OF HECTOR'S LETTER
OF 5-29-87 ARE COMPLIED WITH. SECONDED BY MR. MAHONEY FOR
DISCUSSION. PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
MR. THOMPSON COMMENDS TENNECO ON THEIR PLANS AND THE OVERALL
PROJECT AND EXPLAINS THAT RE(�UIRING PERMITS IN HAND IS ONLY A
FORMALITY. MR. GRIMSTEAD INDICATED HE UNDERSTOOD WHY IT WAS
DONE THAT WAY AND HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT.

HAD TO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE. HE STATED ATTORNEY PALMER
FELT OUR IDEA RE8ARDI1\18 THE MORATORIUM ON WAREHOUSE
CONSTRUCTION WAS GOOD AND RECOMMENDED THAT WE PURSUE THE
LEGALITIES.
CHAIRMAN ASKS SECRETARY -TO TRY AND GET THE ORDINANCES ON
WAREHOUSING FROM THE CITY OF BOCA AND PALM BEACH FOR THE NEXT
RE8ULAR MEETING.
MEMBERS MATTERS; MR. FULLERTON INDICATES ON THE LIBRARY
PACKAGE MATERIAL HE IS AGAINST THE PROPERTY ON U8 l BELON8IN8

COUNCIL. HECTOR STATES HE REVIEWED THE CHANGES AND ANSWERED
THE COUNCIL AND THE COUNCIL IS NOW REQUESTING THE COMMISSION
TO REVIEW HECTOR'8 COMMENTS - SECRETARY INDICATES SHE PAT
COPIES IN THEIR SPECIAL MEETING PACKAGES.
MR. FULLERTON REQUESTED THERE BE AN AGENDA ITEM ON THE NEXT
MEETING OF DIGCUSSION FOR A VIOLATION OF A SITE PLAN.
