1. 849 Carnation Drive - Mark Breton - Lawn Maintenance
Mark Breton was present and was sworn in by the Chairman at 7:05 pm, along with Jan
King.
No ex parte communications were reported.
Mr. Breton gave a brief presentation.
Jan King gave staff presentation and recommended approval.

Chmn. Schulke opened and closed the public hearing at 7:07 pm, as there was no public
input,
There were thirty-four (34) notices of hearing sent and no objection or non-objection
letters were received.
At this point, Ms, Ellen Roesch spoke and requested that Mr. Breton follow all the rules
pertaining to a Home Occupational License.
MOTION by Mather/Vesla
I make a motion that we approve T. Lawn and Landscaping Service at 849
Carnation Drive.

No ex parte communication was reported.
Mario Garza was present representing his wife, and was sworn in by the Chairman at
7:12 pm. He gave a brief presentation.
There were twenty-one (21) notices of hearing sent and no objection or non-objection
letters were received.
Jan King gave staff presentation and recommended approval.
Chmn. Schulke opened and closed the public hearing at 7:12 pm, as there was no public
input.

El, QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARIN(3- Model Home Permits - (3HO Development
- 1444 & 1442 Tradewlnds Way - Sebastian Lakes
Mr. John Fuchs representing GHO HOmes at 5670 Corporate Way, West Palm Beach,
FL, was present and was sworn in by the Chairman at 7:15 pm. Mr. Fuchs gave a brief
presentation noting the location of parking for the model homes. '
There were eight (8) notices of hearing sent and no objection or non-objection letters
were received.
Jan King gave staff presentation noting that a certificate of occupancy and an inspection
of the parking area prior to the release of the model home permit if approved tonight.
Chmn. Schulke opened and closed the public hearing at 7:17 pm, as there was no public
input,
Staff recommended approval of the model home permits for each site for a one year
period,
MOTION by Barrett/Mather
I make a motion that we approve the model home permits for GHO Development,
1444 and 1442 Tradewinds Way.

Associates - 733 N. Fischer Circle - 12' X 20' Utility Building
Mr. Mather declared a conflict and submitted a Form 8B. Ms. Carbano(a) will vote in his
place.
Doug Loseke, 2934 Hester Ave., Palm Bay, FL was present representing the applicant,
Kelly Mather. Mr. Loseke gave a brief presentation describing the construction.
Jan King gave staff presentation.
MOTION by Barrett/Vesia
I move that we approve this accessory structure for 733 Fischer Circle.
A voice vote was taken. 7 - 0, motion carried.

CHAIRMAN MATTERS: None
MEMBER'S MATTERS:
Mr. Barrett commented on the fact that Home Occupational License approval will no
longer come before this Commission, as approved at the City Council meeting the
previous night.
DIRECTOR MATTERS:
Tracy Hass noted that the Charter School, the Land Development Code, and the Publix
Final Plat were approved at the City Council last night. He noted that copies of the new
LDC may be picked up by the Commission members as they leave this meeting tonight,
and will be used until the document is codified and comes back from the printer.'
