PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 16, 1994 ~AGE FIVE
MR. FALKE FELT THAT A DEFINITION ~FOR "TREED LOT" WOULD HAVE TO COME
ALONG ',~ITH THAT. IN ADDITION, A PERMIT IS NEEDED TO CLEAR .LAND WHY
WOULD YOU NEED ANOTHER PERMIT TO'CLEAR~CUT A TREED LOT? TH~ PERMIT
IS'REQUIRED WHETHER THERE IS TREES OR NOT.

CARTWRIGHT FELT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LAND'~'CLEAR-

IS PERMITTED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS ORDINANCE.

PERMITS FOR REMOVAL, RELOCATION OR REPLACEMENT OF INDIVIDUAL TREES OR
GROUPS OF TREES,' ONCE AGAIN WE GET INTO THE SIZE AND WHAT WE'RE
CONCERNED ABOUT SO I WOULD SUGGEST ADDING AT THAT POINT, 'GROUPS OF
TREES OF FOUR (4) INCH D.B.H. OR GREATER, EXCEPT FOR THOSE TREES
IDENTIFIED AS PROHIBITED OR UNDESIRABLE IN SECTION 20A-14.17
