The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7 P.M. The minutes were
read by the Chairman ~in the absence of Charles Falzone, Secretary. There were
some corrections and then a motion was made by Bill Messersmith and seconded by
George Orth to accept minutes as corrected. This was done.
The Chairman made us aware of Mr. Falzone's resignation from the Board on
a previous day and we accepted his resignation with regret.
He also 1~% us know that Mr. George Etyienne was appointed as a new board member
t$.our Board by the C~ty Council.

There being no further busiuess a motion was made b~ George Orth and seconded
by Bill MessArsmith to adjourn. We adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
