APPROVAL OF MINUTES; MOTION BY MR. FULLERTON TO APPROVE THE
MINUTES OF THE JUNE 4TH MEETING AS SUBMITTEQ' SECOND BY MR.
MAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

PROPOSED LIBRARY SITE - ANSWER TO LETTER
THE FOLLOWING ANSWERS WERE OFFERED TO QUESTION8 NO 1'2 AND 3.
1) YES - BOTH SITE*,=; ARE ZONED FOR LIBRARIES.
2) NO KNOWN DRAINAGE OR TRAFFIC PROBLEMS AT THIS TIME WITH
REGARDS TO EITHER SITE.
3) YES - THE PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS FOR CHES8ER GAP WOULD HAVE
A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE LIBRARY SITE ACCORDING TO THE
COMMISSION8 FEELINGS. tHE COMMISSION ALSO WANTED IT MADE
KNOWN THAT THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN HAS BEEN LO0KIN8 AT THE
SITE ON U.S. HIGHWAY l FOR SOME TIME NOW FOR A PARKING
AREA FOR THE YACHT CLUB AND RIVERV%EW PARK. THE
COMMISSION FELT THE NEED FOR FUTURE PARKING IN THIS AREA
WOULD BE A NECESSITY AND FEELS THE CITY SHOULD CONTINUE
TO THINK ALONGTHE8E LINES.
MR. WAD8WORTH MADE A MOTION TO SEND THE ABOVE ANSWERS TO THE
MAYORS OFFICE FOR HIS REVIEW, SECONDED BY MR.FULLERTON
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

DISCUSSION COMES DOWN TO THE MISSING NINE TREES AND CITY
ATTORNEY CLARIFYG THAT SINCE THIS IS A CONDITIONAL U8E THE
SPECIAL PROVISIONS UNDER CONDITIONAL USES MAKE THE LANDSCAPE
REQUIREMENTS MORE STRINGENT THEN THEY WOULD BE IF THIS WAS
JUST A PERMITTED USE AND THAT IS WHY THE NINE ADDITIONAL
TREES ARE REQUIRED. RANDY 8TATES BASED ON THAT THAT HIS
CLIENTS WILL REVISE THE DRAWING FOR FINAL STAMPED APPROVAL
WITH THE NINE ADDITIONAL TREE8.

CONDITIONAL USE FOR THE EARLY EDUCATION CENTER BE APPROVED
AND THAT REVI8ED PLANS SHOW NINE ADDITIONAL TREES' FENCE SET
BACKS' PLAYGROUND REWORKED AND THAT ALL OTHER CONDITIONG OF
THE ABOVE LETTERS BE MET' SECOND BY MR. FULLERTON FOR

STAN STATES THEY ARE ALL GOOD POINT -S BUT DOES THE COMMISSION
HAVE TO BECOME A CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD. MR. EI8ENBARTH
