~r. LaFevers now operating out' of A.E. Mumm's Warehouse on 512 requests a temporary
occupational license to sell furniture from this warehouse.. After deliberation, we
recommended approval for 6 months to run his business from this warehouse with the
numbers '25,26 and 27 and renewal for another ~ months if necessary. It is required
thst a site plan be submitted within this first 6 month's period. We recommended
further that this go to th, City Council for approval. Bill l~essersmith made this in
the form of a motion and George Reeves seconded. It passed.

Units at ?$1 Fellsmare-Rd or 512. Bill ~. ~ed we approve change, of u~e of Unit ~
to a take-out Deli. Bob Hanson seconded and it was passed.
Bill Ballough appeared for approval of a l~odel R~ae on ~laremont for A~eron Rouses, Inc.
Bill 1~. recommended that this application for a model home be sent ~o the City Council
with recommendation for approval. ~arold $. seconded and it was .passed.
Rene Van DeVoorde, representing Edward Dilauro, ~r., asked that the property on ~12 'be -
re~.oned changinf from Agriculture to El. George Reeves moved that we send this to the
City Council with recommendation making this R1 to be consistent with the Comprehensive
~aster Plan. Wm. liahoney seconded and it passed.

At our reoucst, Greg G. is sending a 1Ftter to the South East Bank requesting
that they appear before the Board to.explain why the retentation area was filled in
contrary to thfir site plan of DecembFr 12, 1981.
