MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOI~E OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR MOONLITE MAINTENANCE, MR. JAMES MOON, 418 PETERSON STREET, SEBASTIAN FLORIDA WAS MADE BY MR. NAHONEY, SECOND MRS. HOLIDAY BUILDERS - MODEL HOHE PERMIT - CONDITIONAL USE PUBLIC HEARING OPENED AND CLOSED WITH NO INPUT AFTER SOME DISCUSSION REGARDING THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS, A NOTION TO APPROVE THE MODEL HOME PERMIT FOR HOLIDAY BUILDERS WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY, SECOND BY MR. MAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. PLANNING AND ZONING CON)fiSSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES JULY ?TH, 1988 PAGE THREE SiTE PLAN - OYSTER POINTE - EUGENE POPOW GENERAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ARE DONE- MR. POPOW GIVES BRIEF HISTORY UNTIL RANDY HOSBY ARRIVES AT MEETING. RANDY EXPLAINS HOW PARKING CALCULATIONS WERE MADE FOR DISPLAY AREA AND STATES THEY ARE THE COUNTY'S REQUIREMENTS AGREED TO AT THE PRE-APPLICATION MEETING SINCE THE CITY HAD NO REQUIREMENTS FOR BOAT DISPLAY AREA. A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN FOR SEBASTIAN RESORT PROPERTIES WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE CITY ATTORNEY BE CONTACTED FOR A LEGAL OPINION ON THE USE OF THE BUILDING iN CL FOR A BOAT BROKERAGE/SALES OFFICE IS ACCEPTABLE BY OUR CODE BY ~R. GILCHER SECOND BY MR, MAHONEY WHO REQUESTED THE LEGAL OPINION UNDER DISCUSSION OF THE SITE'PLAN, PASSED UNANIEOUSLY. CHAIRMAN KRULIKOWEKI ASKS BILL MESSERSMITH TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY REGARDING THE LEGAL OPINION. OBERBECK AND RANDY MOSBY ARE PRESENT TO DISCUSS PROJECT AFTER SOME DISCUSSION REGARDING THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND THE UNUSUAL LOT CONFIGURATION A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN AND RECOM)fEND APPROVAL OF FEE WAIVER BY MRS KiLKELLY SECOND BY MR. MAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. SECRETARY ADVISES THiS IS A CONDITIONAL USE AND A PUBLIC HEARING iS REQUIRED - NOTICES TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS ARE DIRECTORY ONLY PER ORDINANCE AND IF PUBLIC HEARING IS OPENED AND CLOSED TONIGHT SITE PLAN WiLL QUALIFY UNDER THE ORDINANCE, CHAIRMAN OPENS PUBLIC HEARING, NO COS)lENTS FROM PUBLIC, PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED.
