SHROYER STATES THE ORDINANCE DOES NOT ALLOW PARTNERS AND BRUCE COOPER SPEAKS AND STATES THAT PAST PRACTICE HAS ALLOWED THESE THINGS AND THAT THIS WILL BE ONE OF THE CHANGES COMING THROLtGH SOON FOR THE LDC FOR CLARIFICATION. THERE IS SOME DISCUSSION REGARDING DRAINAGE AND TANDEM PARKINO AND THE USE OF ALL PALM TREES, A MOTION TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL.
