FEELS THE ORDINANCE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
MEL FISHER SITE PLAN - TAFFI FISHER AND RICHARD VOTAPKA ARE
PRESENT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.
BRUCE COOPER STARTS THE DISCUSSION AND ALSO STAT'ES WILL BE
REQUIRED TO GO TO CITY COUNCIL,
RICHARD VOTAPKA ENGINEER OF RECORD SPEAKS ON THE PROJECT,
MR. THOMPSON SPEAKS REGARDING DOORS WHICH ARE NOT SHOWN ON
THE DRAWING MR. VOTAPKA STATES ARCHITECT DRAWINGS SHOW THEM.
MRS. KILKELLY ASKS BRUCE IF THIS IS CONSIDERED AN INTESIFIED
USE FOR THIS LOCATION AND - THE ANSWER IS NO.
THERE IS SOME DISCUSSION REGARDING DRAINAGE AND TANDEM
PARKINO AND THE USE OF ALL PALM TREES,
A MOTION TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL. TO CITY COUNCIL FOR 'THE
SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE MEL FISHER CENTER INC AT' 1522 U.S.
IGHWAY #1 AS SHOWN ON SITE PLAN DATEB 6-...21-9t SHEET' ONE OF
TWO WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
t) NO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL HOOKED TO
THE SEWER SYSTEM,
2) TRASH CONTAINERS MUST BE SCREENED
ALSO THAT' THE PLANNING AND ZONING CONCURS IN THE WAIVER OF
LANSCAPE ORDINANCE TO PERMIT TREES ALL PALM AND ALSO THAT
THEY AGREE TO THE TANDEM PARKING AS PROVIDED FOR BASICALLY

BRUCE SPEAKS FIRST. MR. SHROYER IS AGAINST PASSING AND
ORDINANCE BUT IF ONE IS PASSED FEELS IT SHOULD NOT HAVE
PERMIT FEES AND THE CITY SHOULD ISSUE THE SIGNS SO THAT THEY
ARE UNIFORM AND CAN BE EASILY SPOT'FED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
OFFICER, MRS, KILKELLY DOES NOT WANT PERMITS AND FEELS THAT
THREE TIMES A YEAR SHOULD BE PERMITTED WITH NO 'TIME
CONSTRAINTS BETWEEN TIMES SUCH AS ONE EVERY THREE OR FOUR
MONTHS JUST THREE 'TIMES A YEAR.
