NEEDS TOBE USED WORE STATES CONP PLAN SAYS WE MUST SUPPLY PUBLIC TRRHSPORTATION AND THiS COULD BE OUR CONTRIBUTION. MR. BARNES STATES FOUND R HOUSE WITH 10 CARS ON PROPERTY COVERED WITH CANVAS AND NOT LICENSED AND FEELS THESE ~HOULD NOT BE. ALLOWED IN THE HIGHLANDS.
