MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN KRULIKOWSKI AT ?:00

MR. FULLERTON, FR. KRULIKOWSKI, MI~S. KILKELLY AND MR.
GILCHER, ALTERNATE
ALSO PRESENT; LINDA KINCHEN, BRUCE COOPER
APPROVAL OF MINUTES; 7-7-88 - MRS. KILKELLY KADE A MOTION TO
APPROVE THE MINUTES AS PRESENTED, SECOND BY MR. FULLERTON,
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
NEW BUSINESS;
STEVE LULICH- PLANNING COMMITTEE
STEVE EXPLAINS WHAT THE COMi~ITTEB IS TRYING TO DO AND
iNDICATES THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A MEMEER OF THE BOARD
FOR A LIAISON. A MOTION TO APPOINT ED GILCHER AS LIAISON
OFFICER WAS MADE BY I4R. FULLERTON SECOND BY MR. WADSWORTH
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
INDIAN RIVER INDUSTRIAL PARK SITE PLAN
HARLAN PETERSON AND DARRYL STENGER ARE REPRESENTING
THE PROJECT.
MRS. TAYLOR BRINGS UP THE QUESTION OF THE CONFLICTING DEED
AND MR. COOPER EXPLAINS THE SITUATION.
RANDY MOSBY DISCUSSES THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM ISSUE WHICH HE
FEELS IS STILL UP IN THE AIR. RANDY FEELS A LEGAL OPINION iS
REQUIRED TO SEE IF THEY CAN USE THE EASEMENT FOR THEIR
DRAINAGE. AFTER M-OCH DISCUSSION THE FOLLOWING MOTION WAS
MADE;
MOTION TO POSTPONE UNTIL THE PROBLEFu~ ARE CLEARED UP WHICH
WERE BROUGHT UP TONIGHT - BY MR. WADSWORTH, SECOND BY MRS.
TAYLOR PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
FISCHER INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION
RANDY MOSBY AND DOCTOR FISCHER REPRESENT PROJECT
MR. COOPER SPEAKS BEFORE THE APPLICANTS REGARDING CHANGING
THE ZONING ON THE PROPERTY.

ZONING ON PROPERTY IS STILL WITH THE COUNTY AND ACCORDING TO
THE CITY ATTORNEY LEAVING IT AS SUCH WOULD REQUIRE GOING BY
THE COUNTY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. RANDY INDICATES THAT A
WAIVER CAN BE ATTAINED FROM THE COUNTY TO ALLOW THE CITY TO
REVIEW AND APPROVE UNDER CITY REGULATIONS AND NOT COUNTY.
TOMMIE THOMPSON SPEAKS AND STATES HE REMEMBERS A LETTER FROM
COUNTY REGARDING THE ORDINANCE AND STATES THE COUNTY DOESN'T
WANT TO BE INVOLVED.
AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION REGARDING THESE ITEMS, A MOTION TO
POSTPONE TO THE NEXT MEETING WAS MADE BY MR. WADSWORTH SECOND
BY MRS. POOLE PASSED SIX TO ONE WITH )fR. KRULIKOWSKI VOTING
NAY.
CHAIRMANS MATTERS;
TENNECO - CHAIRMAN STILL STATES THAT PEOPLE
ARE TURNING INTO TENNECO FROM 512 THE WRONG WAY REQUESTS A
NO LEFT TURN SIGN BE PUT UP AT THE LOCATION.
SECRETARY TO CHECK WITH THE COUNTY AND ADVISE.
MEIIBERS MATTERS; MR. MAHONEY ASKS ABOUT THE 512 AMUSE]KENT
CENTER
BRUCE INDICATES THE CO)I](ISSION SHOULD LOOK AT DEFINING
WHAT AMUSEMENT CENTER IS BECAUSE RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO
CLARIFICATION AS SUCH. HE STATES THAT PETE'S PLACE IS
LICENSED AS A CANDY STORE AND THE KACHINES ARE AN ACCESSORY
USE AND UNTIL THE CODE IS CLARIFIED THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN
DO.
MR. GILCHER ASKS ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE ONE WAY ALLEY ON 512
AT THE DENTISTS OFFICE.
