The meetingwas called to order by the Chairman at 7:03 P.M. The minutes
of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. T. L. Cumby presented his cmnpleted site plan for Lots 19, 15, and 16.
He showedthe parking spaces as requested previously with 6 spaces on the North
and 12 spaces in'the rear. ~r. Etienne moved we accept the plan. ~Irs. Bostian
seconded and the plans were accepted.
~Lr. Jolm T. Gosnell was interviewed for the vacancy on the Zoning Board. He is
originally fromDel Rey Beach and moved here 3 years ago. He is in Refrigeration.
Mrs. Bock moved and Mr. Etienne seconded that we accept his application. It will
further be revi~,ed by the City Councilaudwill be subject to their approval and
appointment.
Mr. Vincent Ventin~la presented a complete set of plans for '~yMother,~ Kitchen,, on Loi
5 Block 1Martin Subdivision. It is to be one building on the east side of US1. After ,~:.:
discussion on the parking~ Mr. Etieene moved and~Lr. Orth seconded that we accept the
plan. It carried. We adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
