NORM GRIMSTEAD REPRESENTS PROJECT - AFTER SOME DISCUSSION
REGARDING TRAFFIC CONCERNS - MR. FULLERTON MADE A MOTION TO
APPROVE THE SITE PLAN FOR TENNECO WITH THE FOLLOWING
CONTINGENCIES - THAT WRITTEN LETTERS FROM FPL AND SOUTHERN
8ELL BE RECEIVED REGARDING EASEMENTS AND THAT THE PROPER
CALCULATIONS FOR SIGNSBE WORKED OUT AS PER CODE. SECONDED BY
MRS. TAYLOR.

LICENSE FOR HOME PRIDE COMF'ANY AT ll6 LA F'LAYA LANE FOR MR.

MR. FULLERTON ASKS OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING ADDITION
RANDY STATES APPROXIMATELY 13 FEET. MR. EISENBARTH ASKS FOR A
PAD AT THE DOUBLE DOORS AND LANDSCAPING ALONG THE BUILDING
NO PROBLEM WITH OWNER PLANS WILL BE REVISED.
MOTION 'TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN FOR M AND M AUTO PARTS WAS
MADE BY MR. EISENBARTH BASED ON RECOMMENDATIONS RECEIVED WITH
CONTINGENCIES TO FOLLOW; 3 FT CONC PAD AND LANDSCAPING-
THREE TREES TO BE SHOWN AND WELLS TO BE LOCATED ON THE
PROPERTY. SECOND 8Y MR. MAHONEY - PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

BRUCE COOPER SPEAKS ON THIS ITEM - REQUESTS OF 'THE BOARD TO
RECOMMEND TO COUNCIL THAT THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE BE
CHANGED TO INCLUDE THE ALLOWANCE OF MODEL HOMES IN PUD'S BOTH
RESIDENTIAL AND MOBILE HOME PUD'S.
AFTER SOME DISCUSSION CONCERNING THIS MATTER AND ASSURANCE
THAT THE MODELS WITHIN F'UD'S WILL COME BEFORE ]'HE BOARD THE
FOLLOWING MOTION WAS MADE.
MOTION TO RECOMMEND TO CITY COUNCIL THAT THE BOARD HAS NO
OBJECTIONS TO CHANGE SECTION 19 MODEL HOME CONDITIONAL USE
REGULATIONS TO INCLUDE PUD'S. THE BOARD AS PART OF THE MOTION
STATED THAT THE CORRECT WORDING SHOULD INCLUDE BRUCE COOPERS
WORDING IN HIS LETTER OF AUGUST 7TH, 1987 FIRST PARAGRAPH AND
ALSO TOM PALMERS RECOMMENDATION TO ADD AN ITEM NUMBER ll AS
LISTED IN HIS LETTER TO MR. COOPER, SECOND BY MR. MAHONEY

MEMBER APPLICATIONS ON THE AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION NOW.
MR. EISENBARTH MADE A MOTION TO PUT THE ITEM ON THE
AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION SECONDED 8Y MR. MAHONEY
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
MRS. KILKELLY - THE ONLY APPLICANT IS PRESENT AND INTRODUCES
HERSELF TO THE BOARD - MOTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY
COUNCIL THAT MRS. KILKELLY BE APPOINTED ALTERNATE MEMBER WAS
MADE BY MR. EISENBARTH SECONDED BY MRS. TAYLOR PASSED

BROUGHT UP AT THE LAST MEETING - MR. EISENBARTH FEELS IT IS
AN AREA WHICH NEEDS DISCUSSING
