MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN GOLIEN AT 7:04 P.M.
PRESENT: JOHN HOLDER, WILL~AMMESSERSMITH, GEORGE REEVES, ROBERT HANSON,
AND CHAIRMAN GREGORY GOLIEN.
MOTION BY MR. HOLDER, SECONDED BY MR. HANSON, TO APPROVE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED
BY FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY FOR A SUBSTATION TO BE SITUATED ON THE
EAST END OF ORANGE STREET IN UNIT 1, SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS. CARRIED.

LONG, WOULD HAVE TO BE PUT IN THE OWNER'S DEED FOR LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5.

WAS TABLED UNTIL A SURVEY IS PROVIDED.
ANNEXATION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS DUCK POINT (NELSON HYATT) WAS TABLED
UNTIL MORE INFORMATION IS RECEIVED.

It is the recommendation of The Transportation Committee , thatthe
Shell Marl Private Road which is approximately 600 feet long, would
have to be put in the owners deed. for lots 2,3,4,5. It is their
responsibility for maintainance of the'road. ~
Due to the fact that it does not comply with the City Ordinance for
road specifications, therefore the City cannot be ~esponsible for i~.
IT MUST BE WRITTEN INTO THE OWNER'S DEED. Those deed numbers being on
lots 2,3,4,5.
