PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 7, 2000
This meeting is being voice broadcast over Charter Communication Cable Television Channel 35,
Vice Chairman Mather called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.

VC Mather welcomed new alternate member Clarence Barton to this Commission.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
MOTION by Barrett/Vesia
I recommend we approve the minutes of August 17t~, 2000.
A voice vote was taken. 7 - 0, motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
A. Accessory Structure Review - Section 5402-7,$,C,7 - 461 Periwinkle
Drive - '12' X 24' Shed - Smalley Sheds
Mr. Jim Smalley was present and gave a brief presentation.
Jan King gave staff presentation noting that the size is 288 square feet.
There were some questions from Commission members and Ms. Melony Kohlhepp,
representing the property owner, gave information on the history of this property and
answered questions.

Jan King noted that the small shed in the rear yard is very old and there is no record of it
in the property files and as long as it poses no problem, no action would be taken over it.

I'll make a recommendation we approve the accessory shed, twelve by twenty-
four, at 461 Periwinkle Drive,
