The Board met at 7:0& P.M. The minutes of the September 19th meeting ~ere accepted
as
1. Steva Taca Su~iivisio~ was presented to the Board By Rene VandeVoorde giving
"Declarations of Restrictions for the Taca Property. in the Roseland area. There will
~e ~ acre lots - no duplexes. F~ank DeJoia of Roseland was present and pointed
out that Roseland residents did not wish a subdivision such as River' s Edge. He
was also concerned with trees and vegetation. He opposes 3 units per acre. It
was further explained with much discussion. It was shelved a~aiting the
arrival of Mr. Taca.
Gene and Leor~rd Popow of Oyster Bay presented temporary site plans re the
expansion of Oyster Bay next to the ~riana going Morth and to Be known as
Oyster Po~~~y asked for preliminary plan approval before going further
with the ~ who was also present. Bill suggested one way traffic coming
in and going out of US1. We will look forward to their c~npleted site plan.
Bill Roux presented the Weitzler property. It was ~iscussed with him with the
four questions we had frc~ the previous short meeting on Octbber 1st re
_ainage, survey of property, alley and dranifield.

Notion was made By George R. and seconded ~y Berrie that we ~hen accept. Motion
carried.
Taca Property...~r. Taca appeared with ~ir. Donald E. Speck of Lloyd~ s Associates to
explain further the Taca property. There was much discussion as to drainage. It was
noted firmlly that the DER had the final ,ks on impact level. Bill rec~ended
that the ~d~_a _~_s submitted By FAr. Speck should describe impact leveland it was
seconded by ~bert Hanson. it was noted here that the next mee~.p~ on October l~th '.
will be a continuation on this issue.
~en Roth of ~02 S.W. Ash St., Sebastian was intezwiewed for membership on the
Board - when a vacancy occurs. Mr. Mahoney moved we accept subject to the approval
of the City Council and Bill seconded. It passe~.
