PRESENT; MR. THOMPSON, MR. FISCHER, MRS: KILKELLY, MR. FIRTION, MR. SHROYER, MR. GOLDSTEIN, MRS. DAMP ABSENT; MR. KRULIKOWSKI AND MR. FULLERTON BOTH EXCUSED ALSO PRESENT; LINDA KINCHEN, SECRETARY, AND BRUCE COOPER, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS; A MOTION TO ADD THE TREE ORDINANCE TO THE END OF THE AGENDA WAS MADE BY MR. PUBLIC HEARING OPENED 7:11 F.M. MR. AL GOETZ 1618 SEAHOUSE ASKS HOW MANY LAWN CARE LICENSES THERE ARE. BRUCE STATES NO IDEA. HE ASKS DO THEY HAVE.QUALIFICATIONS BRUCE STATES THAT HAS NO BEARING ON WHETHER THEY GET A LICENSE OR NOT PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED 7:15 P.M. SHROYER CONTINGENT UPON THE TRAILER AND EQUIPMENT KEPT OFF PREMISES. PUBLIC HEARING OPENED 7:24 P.M. CLOSED 7:24 P.M. NO COMMENT A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR MR. AND MRS. JOHNSON AT 113 HINCHMAN CALLED A BIG EVENT WAS MADE BY MRS. DAMP SECOND MRS. CLOSED 7:34 P.M. NO.COMMENT A LETTER OF NON OBJECTION WAS RECEIVED A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR BOSHIRE CORP AT 833 CARNATION DRIVE WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND MR. B ANTMEYER:IS ASKED IF SHE WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT HER THOUGHTS NOW AND SHE STATES WOULD RATHER HEAR WHAT BRUCE HAS TO SAY ABOUT.THE TREE ORDINANCE SINCE THAT WAS HER TOPIC OF DISCUSSION BRUCE HANDS OUT OPTIONS WITH TYPICAL SIZED LOTS AND EXPLAINS THEM ON THE VIEWER WANTS THE COMMISSION TO JUST REVIEW AND THINK ABOUT ABOUT THEM AND THER COME BACK WITH COMMENTS STATES THE FORESTER RECOMMENDS 6- HIGH AND 2" CALIBER TREES MRS. BRANTMEYER STATES THAT SHE PRESENTED A PETIOTION TO THE COMMISSION ON AUGUST 13TH TO SAVE THE TREES AND SHE WAS JUST CHECKING THE PROGRESS OF THE ORDINANCE. STATES ORDINANCE SHOULD INCLUDED EXCLUDING THE UTILITY RIGHTS OF WAYS CHAIRMANS MATTERS: NONE MEMBERS MATTERS: MRS. KILKELLY STATES H.O.L. ARE NOT SHOWN ON PAGE 125 AND SUGGESTS BRUCE INCORPORATE TO THE PENDING CHANGES. MR. GOLDSTEIN ASKS IF THE DEFINITIONS COULD BE PUT ALTOGETHER AND NOT SPREAD OUT. BRUCE ANSWERS YES.
