RIVERFRONT DISTRICT DISCUSSION .-- iT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A DATE BE SET WITH AN ALTERNATE AND ALLOW COUNCIL, TO CONFTRM, A MOTION TO SEND A LETTER TO CiTY COUNCIL FOR THE JOINT' MEETING TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER iSTH AT 7:50 P.M. FOLLOWING THE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING OR ON NOVEMBER 2BTH, 1990 AT 7 P,M. TO GET THE R!VERFRONT STUDY UNDERWAY. MADE BY MR. THOMPSON SECOND BY MR. WADSWORTH PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. THOMPSON COMMENTS THAT A CITY PLANNER AND CITY ENGINEER NEED TO BE ON DECK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. BUILDING OFFIC!AL MATTERS: BRUCE GOES OVER THE LETTER FROM KIMBALL LLOYD REGARDING THE CHANNEL 68 MARINA. HE STATES HE HAS NO PROBLEM WITH EITHER ITEM ONE OR TWO AND WOULD LIKE SOME DIRECTION FROM THE COMMISSION. A MOTION Tilt CONCUR WITH THE KIMBALL LLOYD LETTER OF t0-23-90 WAS MADE BY MR.
