FULLERTON ALSO PRESENT; BRUCE COOPER, LINDA KINCHEN ANNOUNCEMENTS; HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR WILLIAM BEPLER NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE AGENDA MR. POOLE ASKS REFERENCE STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT - APPLICANT STATES HE WILL HAVE A WAREHOUSE IN VERO PUBLIC HEARING OPENED ?:10 P.M. NO COMMENT CLOSED 7:10 A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HONE OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR DONALD R. HEATON DRY WALL AT 436 TUNISON LANE WAS MADE BY IIRS. POOLE SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. GILCHER ASKS REGARDING THE TYPE OF WORK AND THE EQUIPN]ENT USED - APPLICANT STATES ALUMINUM SOFFITS AND FACIA INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT IS JUST MISCELLANEOUS TOOLS PUBLIC HEARING OPENED AT T:12 P,M, NO COMMENTS CLOSED 7:12 P.M. NO OBJECT IONS FROM NE i GHBORS A MOTION TO APPROVE THE HOME OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR BEPLER JR AT 617 FISCHER HAlfMOCK CIRCLE WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND BY i~RS. POOLE PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. CHAIRNANS MATTERS; MR. NAHONEY QUESTIONS BRUCE COOPER ON THE FRED'S PLUMBING SIGN AND BRUCE STATES CODE ENFORCEMENT IS ALREADY WORKING ON IT. BRUCE ALSO STATES THAT THE NEW CITY ATTORNEY OVERTURNED HIS INTERPRETATION OF THE CODE AND THAT PAPER PUSHER TRADES CAN GO IN THE LIMITED COMMERCIAL AREA IF THERE IS NO INSIDE OR OUTSIDE STORAGE. BRUCE ALSO STATES THAT THE ATTORNEY HAS ANSWERED THE LETTER REGARDING OYSTER POINT AND THEY CANNOT HAVE A SALES OFFICE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROAD. COPIES OF LETTER TO THE BOARD MEMBERS MATTERS; MR. GILCHER GIVES A BRIEF DISCUSSION ON HIS ATTENDANCE AT THE 11-1-88 MEETING OF THE ECONOMIC PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COM~(ITTEE - SECRETARY WILL GIVE COPIES TO THE BOARD FOR THEIR REVIEW. ALSO MR. GILCHER ASKS RE- FURTHER MEETINGS WiTH LES SOLIN AND WHETHER THE PLAN iS COMPLETED. BRUCE STATES LES IS ALMOST FINISHED THAT HE WAS COORDINATING WITH THE COUNTY AT THIS TIME AND HE WOULD CALL LES FOR AN UPDATE AND REPORT BACK TO THE COMMISSION MR. GILCHER ASKS REGARDING THE THOROUGHFARE PLAN AND BRUCE EXPLAINS WHAT IT IS AND THAT IN THE END IT WILL BECOME A PART OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. ]fRS. KILKELLY ASKS REFERENCE THE LIBRARY SITE PLAN REGARDING THE INCREASE IN IMPACT FEES. BRUCE STATES IF SUBMITTED SOON IT COULD WORK TO BE APPROVED PRIOR TO JANUARY 1ST, 1989. BUILDING OFFICIAL MATTERS; STATES THE COUNTY IS NOW HOLDING UP THE PAVING OF THE ALLEY FOR GUTERIEZ AND THAT BRUCE WILL CALL THEM FRIDAY MORNING AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR iIEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER $, 1988 PAGE THREE BRUCE STATES THAT THE CITY MANAGER HAS DECIDED THAT HEALTH DEPARTMENT APPROVAL IS NOT NECESSARY PRIOR TO THE CITY'S SiTE PLAN APPROVAL, MR. J. W. THOMPSON SPEAKS ON CALENDAR ITEMS AND STATES THE MEETING ON THE 17TH OF NOVEMBER IS NEEDED BECAUSE THE COMNISSION NEEDS TO WRITE A LETTER TO COUNCIL REFERENCE ALL THE ANNEXATIONS AND REZONINGS - BRUCE STATES HE WAS GOING TO WRITE THE LETTER TO COUNCIL AND TOMMIE STATES HE FEELS THAT 'A LETTER FROM THE BOARD RATHER THAN A MRMBER OF THE STAFF WOULD BETTER THE COM]~iSSIONS IMAGE. THERE WAS'NO FORMAL MOTION FOR THE SECRETARY TO WRITE THE LETTER BUT INFORMALLY SHE WAS ADVISED TO DO SO. A MOTION TO ADJOURN WAS MADE BY MRS. TAYLOR SECOND MRS. POOLS PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
