The meeting hagan at ?:00 P.E. with the reading of the minutes. They were .accepted
as re~d.
Greg Golien gave us copies of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and asked that we
attend the meeting on November 17th at 7P~. where it woul~ ~be discussed.'
Tru-Value H~rdware onf the corner of US1 and ~in St. wishes to expand with an
office and 5 parking spaces. It was moved by John Holder and seconded By George
Reeves that we accept the site paln. It passed.
Jim Harris presented a site plan for a Sebastian office complex and warehouse,
Lots 6 & 7 A.G. Rose Subdivision. Bill l~essersmith suF~gested .we approve the site
plan with drainage in the ~ear and the stipulation that the question of backing
on the front right of way ~e resolved. It was decided to send ~t to,the City
Council or Variance Board. John Holder seconded Bill' s motion. It passed.
The Church of the ~azarene, Tract F, Sebastian Highlands Unit 15 - Georgia and
S. ~imbro~ -'We decided to t~ble as need specifications for p~rking facilities
(circulation plan;- ingress- egress) and drainage plan.
Taca Property - ~r. Taca - Point-o-~oods Development plan of elevation and drainage.
~r. Speck of Lloyd Associates represented him. It w~s recommended that the road
he raised one foot frc~ entrance to cro~n and cul-de-sac pavement should accomodate
refuse trucks.
