There was no meeting on October 23rd due to 'other cmnitments of the neuters.
The meeting was called to order by Ur. ~olien with the resoling of the minutes
of the Octobe~ 9th meeting. They were approved.
Eaten F. Pender and Arne L. ~in appeared before the Board for an occupational
license for the P-~ Water 0o. ~eorge ~tieane made the motion that we approve and
Bill Hesseramith seconded it. It passed.
The second item on the agenda was the building of an office for Balcor on the
corner of Easy St. and State Rd. 512 - Lots 60 and 61 Block ~08 Unit 12.
Toll~A~, Sr. and ~r. appeared with pla~$,. After discussion, we moved to accept plans
if the lmarking was changed to conform with our ordin~nce.

The third item concerned Oyster Bay. Eugene and Leonard Popow appeared to ask
permission to change the origiaal site plan of Oyster Bay, Bill Messersmith moved
we approve and George Etieane seconded - it passed.
