KIU<ELLY, MR. 8HROYER,ALTERNATE, MR. THOMPSON, MR. FULLERTON, MR. KRULIK*OWSI<:Iq ABSENT; MR. LINDSEY, MRS. O'CONNOR, MR. WADGWORTH ALL EXCUSED ALSO PRESENT; BRUCE COOPER, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, LINDA KINCHEN, SECRETARY, AND CATHERINE HILTON, CITY PLANNER, ANNOUNCEMENTS; CHAIRMAN ANNOUNCES THAT THE NOVEMBER 21ST, 1991 MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 4:00 P.M. A MOTION TO ADD NEW ITEM TO THE AGENDA FOR THE GREG GORE PARKING LOT CHANGES TO END OF NEW BUSINESS WAS MADE BY MR" THOMPSON SECOND MR MAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. ___________________________________________________________ APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 10-3-91 PAGE TWO MRS. KILKELLY REQUESTS HALF WAY DOWN UNDER P & Z BONDING THAT THE WORDS "TO PREVENT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LAWSUITS" BE ADDED SINCE THAT WAS ' MR. SHROYERS INTENT. A MOTION TO APPROVE AS AMENDED WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND MR. MAHONEY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. NO COMMENT A MOTION TO APPROVE THE H.O.L. FOR TOUHEY CARPET WAS MADE BY MR. FULLERTON SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED 4-2 THOMPSON AND MR. MAHONEY VOTED NO DUE TO THE EMPLOYEE SITUATION - MAHONEY DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE VEHICLE IS PARKED AT THE RESIDENCE ALL DAY AND THOMPSON BECAUSE THE ORDINANCE STRICTLY PROHIBITS ANY EMPLOYEES. THOMPSON STATED HE VISITED THE SITE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT. PUBLIC HEARING OPENED AT 8�25 P.M. CLOSED AT 8:25 P.M. NO COMMENTS A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MODEL HOME PERMIT FOR ANDO BUILDING CORPORATION ON BARBER STREET WAS MADE BY MR. THOMPSON SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. ____________________________________________________________ PACE 2000 INC MODEL HOME PERMIT GUIDA GRE8ORIS IS PRESENT MR. THOMPSON STATES THE PARKING PLAN IS NOT AS PROVIDED APPLICANT STATES PARALLEL WAS REQUESTED BY MR. COOPER DUE TO THE BIKE PATH AND DEEP SWALE AREA. PUBLIC HEARING OPENED AT 8:30 P.M. CLOSED 8:30 P.M. NO COMMENT A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MODEL , HOME PERMIT FOR PACE 2000 INC ON BARBER'STREET WAS MADE BY MRS. KILKELLY SECOND MR. FULLERTON PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. GREG GORE SITE PLAN PARKING CHANGE DISCUSSION MR. GORE REQUEGTSHE BE PERMITTED TO CHANGE THE SOD PARKING TO PINE BARK FOR MAINTENANCE REASONS - STAFF AGREES TO A ONE YEAR TRIAL WITH PINE BARK TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY MAINTENANCE OR DRAINAGE PROBLEMS. APPLICANT STATES HE HAS NO OBJECTION TO THE ONE YEAR TRIAL. MR. THOMPSON MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE PARKING CHANGE REQUEST FOR GREG GORE AT 709 WASHINGTON STREET TO WOOD CHIPS IN LIEU OF SOD WITH THE CONDITION THAT IT IS FOR A ONE YEAR TRIAL ONLY SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. CHAIRMANS MATTERS: NONE MEMBERS MATTERS-. MR. FULLERTON ASKS ABOUT THE LEARNING NEST AND THE DAVIS HOUSE SINCE HE WAS NOT AT THE LAST MEETING. MR. MAHONEY ASKS ABOUT THE PELICAN PUB PROPERTY AND WHETHER ANY THING IS PENDING FOR THEM TO USE THE HOUSE ON INDIAN RIVER DRIVE. CATHERINE HILTON STATES NOTHING IS PENDING BUT SHE WILL CHECK WHAT IS GOING ON. ' ALSO HE ASKS REGARDING THE CORRESPONDENCE ON JERRY'S SUB AND PUB AND WHY THE BOARD WAS NOT ADVISED OF THE LETTERS - HE WAS TOLD 'THE. LETTERS WERE RECEIVED AFTER THE APPROVAL AND NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 7, 1991 PAGE THREE CITY PLANNERS MATTERS: CATHERINE ASKS IF THE COMMISSION WOULD ACCEPT WOODY'G PAPER AND PRINT FOR THE NEXT MEETING IF THEY GOT THEIR REVIEW AND TRC NEXT WEEK - THERE IS SOME DISCUSSION REGARDING THE URGENCY AND STAN STATES THERE IS NONE AND THE DECEMBER 5TH MEETING IS ACCEPTABLE. A MOTION NOT TO ACCEPT WOODY'S PAPER AND PRINT FOR THE MEETING ON THE 21ST AND SCHEDULE IT FOR THE DECEMBER 5T1-1 MEETING WAS MADE BY MR. THOMPSON SECOND MRS. KILKELLY PASSED 4-1 WITH CHAIRMAN ABSTAINING DUE TO A CONFLICT. CATHERINE STATES HARDEE PARK GRANT MONEY WAS APPROVED AND THEY WILL GOON GEE TREES PLANTED THERE. MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT 9:10 P.M.
