The meeting began at 7:15 P.M with Bill ~eseerSmith presiCin~ in the absence of
Grog Golien. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approve~.
The only business Was 'the site plan presentd by ~r. Rich with CarOl Sines as
builder for Jeff $1ade, s veterinary clinic on Lot 4, Block 3 of W.A. ]~rtin, s
Subdivision. After sene discussion, it w~s decided t~at we need mor· information
re the septic tank, drain field a~ well; storm water d~At na~e; ~ar~e cLisnos~l-
